1. the Injectable composition for providing the prolongation of tilmicosin to discharge in the time being administered to mammal, comprising:

  • Solution, it comprises;

    (i) tilmicosin and the sour salt that is selected from capric acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, Palmic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, elaidic acid, linoleic acid and erucic acid, and(ii) pharmaceutically acceptable solvent, it is selected from following one or its combination;

    N-Methyl pyrrolidone, Polyethylene Glycol, propylene glycol, glycerol formal, ISO-DME, dimethyl sulfoxide, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol and dimethyl acetylamide;

    Wherein said tilmicosin exists with the amount in 10% to 60% (w/v) scope of described compositions;

    Wherein, in the time being injected in water, at least part of described compositions forms precipitation;

    AndWhen wherein said compositions is injected in described mammalian body in time discharge in the past described tilmicosin.
