1. a manufacture method for organic LED display device, described organic LED display device comprises multiple OLED, and each OLED has the first electrode, the first relevant layers, light-emitting layer, the second relevant layers and the second electrode, and described method comprises:

  • Receptor substrate is formed thin-film transistor (TFT) array, described first electrode, dike pattern and wadding in turn, and the whole surface being formed with the receptor substrate of described dike pattern and described wadding thereon forms described first relevant layers;

    Donor substrate is formed metal pattern and organic light-emissive materials layer in turn;

    Described light-emitting layer is formed by applying electric being transferred on described receptor substrate by described organic light-emissive materials layer to described metal pattern;

    AndThe whole surface of described receptor substrate being formed with described light-emitting layer is formed described second relevant layers and described second electrode in turn,Wherein said wadding is formed as narrower than described dike pattern, andWherein said wadding reduces the contact area when forming described light-emitting layer between described receptor substrate and described donor substrate, to help to be separated described donor substrate from described receptor substrate.
