    Transceiver is connected to described controller, and this transceiver is configured to described controller is connected to LAN, to visit remote server via Wide Area Network;

    AndCommunication facilities is connected to described controller, and this communication facilities is configured to described controller is connected to mobile communication equipment, with communicating by letter between the operator that is used for described vehicle and the described controller;

    Wherein, described local power supply is connected to power network, wherein said controller is configured to manage charge transfer based on the power network load data, described power network load data can obtain from described remote server, and wherein charge transfer can be carried out with either direction between described local power supply and described electric vehicle.
