  • Memory module is used to store video data;

    Interface module is used to receive the video data of present frame;

    Judge module is connected with described memory module with described interface module respectively, and whether the video data of the present frame that is used for judging that described interface module receives is identical with the video data that described memory module is stored;

    Data processing module, be connected with described memory module, interface module and judge module respectively, be used for working as the judged result of described judge module for not simultaneously, replace the video data of storing in the described memory module with the video data that described interface module receives, and the video data that described interface module is received sends to source electrode drive circuit;

    When the judged result of described judge module when being identical, the control gate driver circuit reduces the frame refreshing frequency, and the video data of storing in the described memory module is sent to source electrode drive circuit.
