1. charge pump converter comprises:

  • Lead-out terminal, it is configured to be incorporated on the described output capacitor with the output capacitor coupling and forms output voltage;

    A plurality of terminals, it is configured to be coupled with flying capacitor;

    More than first transistor, it is coupled into and receives input voltage and form the charging current of giving described flying capacitor charging, and wherein said more than first transistor operationally is coupled into during the charge cycle of described charge pump converter optionally to be enabled in response to the value of described input voltage;

    More than second transistor, it is coupled into and receives described input voltage and form the described charging current of giving described flying capacitor charging, and wherein said more than second transistor operationally is coupled into optionally to be enabled in response to the difference between the value of described input voltage and described output voltage during the described charge cycle;

    More than the 3rd transistor, it is coupled into to receive described input voltage and form and makes described flying capacitor discharge into the discharging current of described output capacitor, and wherein said more than the 3rd transistor operationally is coupled into during the discharge cycle of described charge pump converter optionally to be enabled in response to the described value of described input voltage;

    AndMore than the 4th transistor, it is coupled into and receives described input voltage and form described discharging current, and wherein said more than the 4th transistor operationally is coupled into optionally to be enabled in response to the difference between the described value of described input voltage and described output voltage during the described discharge cycle.
