1. a two-way thermoelectric conversion device for the Seebeck/peltier effect of the use nano wire of realizing on substrate, this device comprises:

  • The isolated nano-wire array that at least one is parallel, described nano wire cross section has at least linear dimension or the diameter lower than 40 nanometers, is positioned at the plane domain of their described substrate surfaces formed thereon;

    The dielectric material layer with lower thermal conductivity, it fills the clearance space between the nano wire of described array, and has the thickness larger than described nanowire height;

    Electrical connection metallization in the end of the above nano wire of opposite side of described array, to other parallel set of nanowires, and is connected to external circuit by the whole serial-to-parallel network of nano wire by the nano wire serial interlinkage in the set of nanowires of parallel join;

    The surface overlapping with the end of the nano wire of described array in a side and on opposite side, thus formed the surface of the different temperatures of this conversion equipment.
