    In described first via node, described second via node and described wireless base station, possess the X2AP layer function of HLF high layer function as IP layer function,Described changing method includes;

    A) described first via node (RN2) uses X2AP layer function that described wireless base station (DeNB2) sends the step of the switching request signal for asking switching;

    B) described wireless base station (DeNB2) uses X2AP layer function that described second via node (RN3) is sent the step of described switching request signal;

    C) described second via node (RN3) uses X2AP layer function that described wireless base station (DeNB2) is sent the step of Handover Request Acknowledge signal;

    D) described wireless base station (DeNB2) uses described X2AP layer function that described first via node (RN2) is sent the step of Handover Request Acknowledge signal;

    E) described mobile platform (UE) is sent switching indication signal by described first via node (RN2), to indicate it to be switched to the step of described second via node (RN3);

    F) described second via node (RN3) is sent the step of handoff completion signal by described mobile platform (UE);

    G) board (MME) is sent the step of path switching request signal by described second via node (RN3);

    H) described second via node (RN3) is sent path Handover Request Acknowledge signal by described board (MME), and forwards destination to be switched to described second via node (RN3) from the first via node (RN2) signal mailing to mobile platform (UE).
