1. ballast that is used to operate at least one fluorescent lamp, said ballast comprises:

  • The DC power circuit, it is operable to and receives the AC input and produce DC output;

    Inverter, it is coupled in said DC power circuit and changes said DC output and come at least one lamp power supply to produce inverter output voltage in operation;

    At least one ballast capacitor of series coupled between said inverter and said at least one lamp;

    AndVoltage regulator;

    It is operated at normal operating state said inverter output voltage is controlled at constant substantially adjusting output valve, makes non-rectification lamp in the operation of its rated current and make the rectification of lamp cause corresponding ballast capacitor charging and do not keep enough electric currents and make this lamp keep luminous and this rectification lamp gets into aura state.
