1. the electronic air throttle body of a diesel engine, it is characterised in that including:

  • body, the printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit, throttle blade, clutch shaft bearing and the second bearing, throttle plate pin assembly, magnet assemblies, fully closed adjustment screw, reseting gear assembly, idler gear, direct current generator, back-moving spring, lock-screw, capping, idler gear pin, conducting inserted sheet, the first screw, communication with the outside world contact pin and jack assemblies;

    Direct current generator loads in body as an entirety after being contained in jack assemblies, and with the first screw, jack assemblies and metallic plate is locked on body, and uses the second sealing ring between body and jack assemblies;

    The printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit welds with the contact pin with extraneous communication on jack assemblies and conducting inserted sheet, magnet assemblies is pressed on throttle plate pin assembly, and reseting gear components welding is on throttle plate pin assembly, throttle plate pin assembly is connected with clutch shaft bearing and the second bearing, throttle blade is inserted on throttle plate pin assembly, and by the second screw lock on throttle plate pin, the printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit is integrated with sensor element and is placed in above reseting gear assembly;

    Reseting gear assembly is injection molded into an entirety by Shooting Technique inserts and reseting gear assembly, then it is welded on throttle plate pin assembly, throttle plate pin assembly is by intrinsic bearing clutch shaft bearing and the second bearings, it is achieved rolls and connects, and reduces the throttle plate pin frictional force when rotating;

    Reset system is made up of reseting gear assembly, back-moving spring;

    Back-moving spring is between reseting gear assembly and body, and a torque arm is suspended in the groove of reseting gear assembly, another torque arm is suspended in the preformed groove of body, owing to the twisting force of back-moving spring drives reseting gear assembly to turn to default location automatically, the side allowing inserts one support arm on reseting gear assembly contacts with the positive stop lug boss on body, and throttle valve sheet is opened;

    When needs are closed, by driving reseting gear to overcome the counteracting force of back-moving spring to closed position, now inserts one support arm in reseting gear assembly and the head contact of fully closed adjustment screw, stop operating;

    When direct current generator or control circuit break down, air throttle can automatically return to default location under the effect of the torsion of back-moving spring;

    Described reseting gear assembly is by injection moulding, limiting plate to be injected on throttle plate pin to become as a whole, limiting plate bottom the dead eye of clutch shaft bearing end face and body between, make limiting plate on the end face of clutch shaft bearing under back-moving spring elastic force;

    The contact pin of communication with the outside world welds with the printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit, conducting inserted sheet inserts in the hole of jack assemblies, and one end of two conducting inserted sheets is connected with two contact terminals of direct current generator respectively, in the hole of direct current generator press-in jack assemblies, load in body as an entirety, and by the holes of metal platen and the hole of jack assemblies, jack assemblies is locked on body with the first screw;

    The printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit is placed in the top of reseting gear assembly, jack assemblies and idler gear;

    The contact pin of extraneous communication and turn on inserted sheet and be each passed through the hole that the printed circuit board (PCB) of control circuit is corresponding, and connect with soldering;

    Use in printed circuit board the 3rd screw of control circuit is locked on body and jack assemblies respectively.
