    The right-hand member of gear (14) links to each other with the left end one of suit wire rope pulley bar section, and the right-hand member of suit wire rope pulley bar section links to each other with the left end one of suit friction pulley bar section (4), and the right-hand member of suit friction pulley bar section links to each other with the left end one of right bearing set bar section;

    Be set with wire rope pulley (15) on the said suit wire rope pulley bar section, be set with friction pulley (16) on the said suit friction pulley bar section, said right bearing set bar section is installed in the said right counterbore (8) through right bearing (21);

    Be separately installed with a planetary gear (17) on 3 said planetary gear installation shaft (4);

    The number of teeth of each planetary gear (17) is 20-25, and modulus is 1.5, and said gear (14) is meshed with each planetary gear (17);

    3 planetary gears (17) are meshed with internal gear (18);

    The number of teeth of internal gear (18) is 53-57, and modulus is 1.5, and the left side of internal gear (18) links to each other with the right side one of said wire rope pulley (15);

    Said friction pulley (16) comprises the disk that adopts aluminium alloy to process;

    The diameter of disk is 60-100mm, and vertical direction before and after the left and right end face of disk is positioned at is provided with to upper edge, the right side radial symmetric of disk four gussets (19);

    Four gussets (19) adopt aluminium alloy to process;

    The left side of four gussets (4) links to each other with the right side one of said disk (1), and the thickness of each gusset (4) is 3-6mm, and four gussets (4) are separated out four brake pad installation cavitys (5) on the right side of disk (1);

    Being respectively equipped with a brake pad (20) in each brake pad installation cavity (5), matches with the madial wall of said right round empty cavity (7) respectively in the outer face of each brake pad (20);

    Be wound with steel wire rope (22) on the said wire rope pulley (15), steel wire rope (22) is walked around 2 directive wheels (24) back and is passed through two steel wire rope perforation (11).
