1. the two-stage sludge drying method of energy-conserving and environment-protective, is characterized in that, comprise the steps:

  • (1) additive is added Sewage Plant dewatered sludge, and pile body in heaps, frame is on ventilation frame, and the thickness of heap body is 1 ~ 2 meter, passes into air, obtain one section of dewatered sludge from ventilation frame bottom;

    Described additive be selected from straw or wood chip more than one;

    Add that weight is Sewage Plant dewatered sludge 10 ~ 20% of additive;

    The particle diameter of additive is 2 ~ 30mm;

    (2) expelling water agent is sprinkling upon one section of dewatered sludge heap surface, the thickness of heap body is 20 ~ 30cm, then spends the night, and obtains dewatered sludge;

    Described expelling water agent be selected from tricalcium silicate, Dicalcium Phosphate (Feed Grade), tricalcium aluminate or gypsum more than one, in step (1), turning in every 2 ~ 4 days once, ventilation is 0.01 ~ 0.1 (m 3h -1kg -1) condition under, through the biological expelling water of 15-20 days, obtain one section of dewatered sludge;

    Add that weight is one section of dewatered sludge 0.1 ~ 0.5% of expelling water agent;

    At first 10 days, at interval of 15 ~ 25min, pass into air 8 ~ 12min;

    After 10 days;

    at interval of 8 ~ 12min, pass into air 45 ~ 55min, turning frequency 4 days/time, rate of venting 0.05m 3h -1kg -1.
