1. the method for recovering rare earth from the solid mixture of at least one compound of containing at least one halophosphates and one or more rare earths is characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

  • -(a) in liquid medium, described mixture is carried out to acid treatment;

    -(g) from the suspension obtained, isolate the 3rd solid phase and the 3rd liquid phase that has comprised at least one rare-earth salts when previous step finishes.
