    Or, current sampling circuit being series between the negative pole or alternating current source and the first end of inductance of the DC power supply in described AC and DC power supply circuits, the second end of described inductance is connected with the negative pole of the first switching tube;

    Wherein, described current sampling circuit comprises;

    industrial frequency AC instrument transformer and degaussing circuit, and described industrial frequency AC instrument transformer is for sample rate current, and described degaussing circuit is used for making described industrial frequency AC instrument transformer to carry out magnetic reset;

    When described AC and DC power supply circuits are powered by DC source, by controlling described the first switching tube, so that described industrial frequency AC instrument transformer carries out magnetic reset by described degaussing circuit.
