A preparation method of stably dispersed composite metal nano lubricating oil is characterized in that high-purity metal nano particles are prepared into highly concentrated slurry, then large particle impurities in the slurry are removed, and the slurry is heated, stirred and uniformly mixed with base oil to prepare the stably dispersed metal nano lubricating oil;
