1. the sulfonating segmented copolymer neutralizing, it is solid in water, and comprises B block at least two polymer end block A and at least one polymkeric substance, wherein:

  • A. each A block does not comprise sulfonic acid or sulfonate functionality substantially, and each B block is that the monomeric unit comprising based on this B block is counted the sulfonic acid of 10-100mol% or the polymer blocks of sulfonate functionality;

    WithB. with metallic compound, neutralize sulfonic acid or the sulfonate functionality of the 80%-100% of this sulfonation B block, wherein this metallic compound comprises magnesium, calcium, strontium, barium, aluminium, tin, lead, titanium, zirconium, vanadium, chromium, molybdenum, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, silver, zinc, cadmium or mercury.
