1. Use of at least two first LTCC green tapes together with a second LTCC green tape having a shrinkage value of 7% to 8% to make a composite laminate of ten or more green tapes wherein the composite laminate exhibits a shrinkage of 1% to 1.25% in a two mil configuration,the first LTCC green tape is obtained by baking a green tape composition, and the green tape composition comprises:

  • (I) 25-35 wt.% based on the total weight of (I) and (II) of a glass composition comprising, in mole%;

    (i)46-57.96%

    B2O3

    (ii) a glass network former selected from 0.5-8.5% P2O5

    1.72-5.00%

    SiO2Or P2O5With SiO2Wherein said P is2O5With SiO2The mixing mole% of the mixture of (A) is 3.44-8.39%,(iii)20-50%

    CaO,

    (iv)2-15%

    Ln2O3wherein Ln is selected from rare earth elements or mixtures thereof;

    (v)0-6%

    MI2o, wherein MI is selected from basic elements; and

    (vi) 0-10% of Al2O3

    Wherein the glass composition is a ceramic-filled devitrified glass composition, wherein the glass composition flows prior to crystallization;

    (II) an inorganic filler consisting essentially of 60 to 75 weight percent silica refractory oxide, based on the total weight of (I) and (II),(I) and (II) both dispersed in a solution of an organic polymeric binder,wherein each layer of the first LTCC green tape is located between two adjacent layers of the second LTCC green tape throughout the composite laminate;

    wherein the green tape after firing has a dK of between 3.5 and 4.0 and a loss tangent of less than 0.004;

    the total amount of the components in the raw material tape composition is 100 wt%.
