    Preparation method is:

    Step 1:

    Under room temperature condition of normal pressure, under stirring, according to the above ratio by alkylalkoxy silane and poly- methyl hydrogen siliconOxygen alkane is dissolved in successively in the organic solvent of part, is sufficiently stirred, is formed solution;

    Step 2:

    In the solution that step 1 is formed, tetrabutyl titanate ester is added according to the above ratio and fully reacts;

    Step 3:

    It is mended to 100% with D40 environment-friendlysolvent solvent oils in the solution reacted in step 2.
