1. , for the production of the continuation method of polyoxyalkylene polyethers polyvalent alcohol of hydroxy radical content with about 3.4-12.1 % by weight, it comprises:

  • Under DMC catalysts exists, alkoxylation conditions is set up in continuous alkoxylation device;

    In described continuous alkoxylation device, introduce oxyalkylene and lower molecular weight initiator continuously, wherein said initiator has the number-average molecular weight of 50-250;

    From the oxyalkylated polyether glycol of this continuous alkoxylation device recovery part;

    Described alkoxylate wherein in (i) this continuous alkoxylation device occurs to prevent this dmc catalyst inactivation at sufficiently high temperature;

    (ii) the unreacted oxyalkylene concentration in this flow reactor content remains on the level of 1-3 % by weight;

    And (iii) hydroxy radical content of this reactor content remains on 3.4-12.1 % by weight;

    Further,The oxyalkylated polyether glycol of part reclaimed from this continuous alkoxylation device is allowed reaction further to occur until the unreacted oxyalkylene content of this mixture is down to be equal to or less than 0.001 % by weight.
