Abstract
The invention relates to a 3D grid multiscroll chaotic circuit based on a current feedback amplifier. The 3D grid multiscroll chaotic circuit comprises three integral circuits and two nonlinear functional circuits, wherein the three integral circuits are respectively a first integral circuit, a second integral circuit and a third integral circuit, the two nonlinear functional circuits are respectively a first nonlinear functional circuit and a second nonlinear functional circuit, the first integral circuit, the second integral circuit and the third integral circuit are sequentially connected in series, the first nonlinear functional circuit is connected between the first integral circuit and the second integral circuit, and the second nonlinear functional circuit is connected between the second integral circuit and the third integral circuit. The circuit is simulated by Multisim simulation software, and phase diagrams and spectrograms of XY, XZ and YZ are respectively observed. As the current feedback amplifier has good frequency characteristic and port characteristic, the 3D grid multiscroll chaotic circuit has high working frequency and a simple structure, and uses few active devices.
