1. A palletized device, comprising:

  • at least one pair of trays comprising an upper tray and a lower tray, a pair of side plates which are symmetrical to each other, a back plate which is connected with the side plates, a lifting device which is lifted and lowered perpendicular to the ground, a bearing device which is used for bearing the upper tray, and a connecting device which is used for connecting the lower tray and the side plates, wherein the upper tray can move up and down through the lifting device, and,the bearing device is a cross beam arranged on the side plate, the lifting device is a cross beam height adjusting device, and the back plate is hinged to the side plate and can be folded relative to the side plate;

    the upper bottom of the side plate is provided with a tray hanging table for placing a first layer of trays; and

    the cross beam is movably connected to the side plates, the height of the cross beam can be adjusted through the cross beam height adjusting device, and the other trays except the first layer tray are placed on the cross beam and can move up and down along with the cross beam; and

    the number of the first and second groups,the cross beam comprises a first cross beam and a second cross beam, one end of the first cross beam is rotatably connected to one end of one of the second cross beams, the other end of the first cross beam is connected to one end of the other second cross beam in a working state, and the first cross beam is folded in the same second cross beam in a folded state; and

    the crossbeam height adjusting device is composed of four screw rods respectively fixed on the side plates, nuts arranged on the crossbeam I and meshed with the screw rods, a belt used for driving the screw rods to rotate, and a transmission head used for driving the belt to rotate, wherein the rotation of the transmission head is sequentially converted into the up-and-down motion of the crossbeam through the mutual meshing among the belt, the nuts and the screw rods.
