1. A manufacturing method of a safety detonator is characterized in that:

  • the pipe shell (1) is arranged in a specific tooling die, the main charge (3) and the booster charge (4) are sequentially arranged, and the main charge and the booster charge are respectively pressed by a positioning method or a constant pressure method;

    the inner tube (2) is arranged in a specific tooling die, then the inner tube (2) is filled with the initiating explosive (5) and the loose explosive (6), the explosive is pressed by a positioning method or a constant pressure method, and a prefabricated fire transfer port (8) is jacked open to form a fire transfer hole (7) during pressing;

    then the pressed inner tube (2) is pressed into the tube shell (1), and the safety detonator is manufactured;

    the safety detonator comprises a tube shell (1) with one open end and one closed end;

    the main charge (3) is tightly pressed at the closed end of the tube shell (1);

    an explosion transfer medicine (4) is filled close to the main charge (3);

    an inner tube (2) is arranged in the tube shell (1) and close to the booster (4);

    one end of the inner tube (2) facing the booster charge (4) is opened, and one end facing the opening of the tube shell (1) is provided with a fire transfer hole (7) formed by jacking a prefabricated fire transfer port (8);

    the primary explosive (5) is tightly pressed at one end of the inner tube (2) facing the opening of the tube shell (1);

    loose explosive is filled in the inner tube (2) between the primary explosive (5) and the booster explosive (4);

    the prefabricated fire transfer port (8) is a cross-shaped groove which is not communicated with the interior of the tube shell.
