1. the flat plate type multiphase permanent magnet linear motor is characterized by comprising k stators (1) and permanent magnet rotors (2), wherein when k is 1 or 2, and k is 1, the stators (1) are arranged on one sides of the permanent magnet rotors (2);

  • when k is 2, the two stators (1) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the permanent magnet rotor (2);

    An air gap with the length of L is reserved between the stator (1) and the permanent magnet rotor (2);

    The stator (1) is formed by splicing 2m stator modules, wherein m is the phase number of the motor, and the 2m stator modules are spliced into the stator (1) with a flat plate-shaped structure along the axial direction;

    each stator module comprises a stator core (3) and a concentrated winding (5);

    two fault-tolerant teeth (3-1) and an armature tooth (3-2) are arranged on a stator iron core (3), the armature tooth (3-2) is positioned between the two fault-tolerant teeth (3-1), and the length of the armature tooth (3-2) along the axial direction is greater than that of the fault-tolerant teeth (3-1) along the axial direction;

    the teeth jointly enclose two stator slots (4), and the stator slots (4) are arranged facing the permanent magnet rotor (2);

    the stator iron core (3) and the stator slot (4) are both flat plates, and the concentrated winding (5) is embedded in the stator slot (4) and wound on the armature teeth (3-2);

    From left to right, every two adjacent stator modules form a phase module of the motor, and concentrated windings (5) of the two stator modules in the same phase module have the same number of turns and opposite winding directions;

    the permanent magnet rotor (2) comprises a rotor iron core (6) and a permanent magnet (7), the rotor iron core (6) and the permanent magnet (7) are both in a flat plate shape, and the permanent magnet (7) is arranged on the surface of the rotor iron core (6) facing the stator (1);

    the permanent magnets (7) are magnetized in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the air gap, and the magnetization directions of adjacent permanent magnets (7) are alternately opposite.
