1. the matrix (1) containing fructose and/or seminose is separated into the method for multiple fraction (X, Y, Z), described matrix (1), containing N.F,USP MANNITOL precursor, said method comprising the steps of:

A) by described matrix (1) hydrogenation be matrix (2) through hydrogenation; B) this matrix through hydrogenation (2) is carried out chromatographic separation by successive processes, obtains; be rich in the fraction (z1) of N.F,USP MANNITOL, the first sorbyl alcohol fraction (X), it has high purity and containing being less than 0.2% total reducing sugars, the second sorbyl alcohol fraction (Y); C fraction (z1) crystallization of being rich in N.F,USP MANNITOL is divide (Z) as the third stage of crystallized mannitol by (), and form mother liquor (3); D this mother liquor (3) is added into this in the matrix of hydrogenation by () again.

8. according to the method for one of the claims, it is characterized in that, with dry weight basis, the matrix (2) of described hydrogenation comprises, 2060% N.F,USP MANNITOL, 4080% sorbyl alcohol and other sugar alcohols of 0.15%, and the total amount of each component is no more than 100%.

9. according to the method for one of the claims, it is characterized in that, with dry weight basis, the matrix (2) of described hydrogenation comprises, 2330% N.F,USP MANNITOL, 7078% sorbyl alcohol and other sugar alcohols of 0.15%, and the total amount of each component is no more than 100%.

10. the matrix (1) containing fructose and/or seminose is separated into the method for multiple fraction (X, Y, Z), described matrix (1), containing N.F,USP MANNITOL precursor, said method comprising the steps of:

A) by abovementioned matrix (1) hydrogenation be matrix (2) through hydrogenation; B) by matrix (2) crystallization through hydrogenation, the third stage formed containing crystallized mannitol divides (Z) and mother liquor (3) thus; C) mother liquor (3) chromatographic separation will formed, obtains; be rich in the fraction (z1) of N.F,USP MANNITOL, the first sorbyl alcohol fraction (X), it has high purity and containing being less than 0.2% total reducing sugars, and the second sorbyl alcohol fraction (Y); D) subfraction (z1) being rich in N.F,USP MANNITOL formed is rejoined to this matrix through hydrogenation (2) in order to crystallization.
