1. An automated cell-free protein production system comprising:

  • a protein expression reaction unit comprising a reaction vessel comprising one or more dialysis tubes, each dialysis tube comprising a dialysis membrane and having an open top, and each dialysis tube having a protein expression mixture introduced therein;

    wherein the protein expression reaction unit comprises;

    one or more dialysis tubing holes formed in a top portion thereof and configured to receive a dialysis tubing;

    one or more small molecule expression solution pores formed adjacent to the dialysis tubing pores to be in fluid communication with the dialysis tubing pores, wherein the small molecule expression solution pores have a volume equivalent to 2.5-3 times the volume of each protein expression mixture; and

    a protein dialysis unit comprising;

    one or more dialysis tubing apertures formed in a top portion of the protein dialysis unit and configured to receive dialysis tubing; and

    one or more dialysis solution pores formed adjacent to the dialysis tube to be in fluid communication with the dialysis tube pores and configured to contain a protein storage buffer;

    a reaction temperature control unit configured to heat or cool the reaction vessel;

    a pipette array comprising one or more pipettes and configured to aspirate or discharge a solution with the pipettes;

    a pipette array moving unit configured to move the pipette array in an up-down direction, a front-back direction, or a left-right direction to move the solution;

    a protein purification unit comprising a magnetic field application device; and

    a multi-well plate mounting unit in which a multi-well plate kit configured to provide a solution for protein production is mounted,wherein each dialysis tube comprises a cylindrical dialysis membrane having a predetermined length,and wherein the reaction vessel further comprises a reaction vessel cover configured to cover the reaction vessel to prevent evaporation of the solution from the dialysis tubing, the reaction vessel cover having one or more cutouts that allow insertion of a pipette into the dialysis tubing.
