1. An on-line tire temperature detection experimental device comprises a fixing device (13) arranged in the center of the outer surface of a rim and used for fixing an integrated electronic component, an integrated electronic component (12) arranged on the fixing device and used for converting, storing and displaying a thermocouple temperature detection signal, and a thermocouple embedded in a tire expected measurement point and used for detecting the temperature of the tire expected measurement point, and is characterized in that:

  • the thermocouple is used for measuring the temperature of a tire expected measuring point and outputting a temperature detection signal;

    the integrated electronic component (12) is used for receiving the temperature detection signal and completing signal conversion, processing, display and storage;

    the fixing device (13) realizes the fixation of the integrated electronic component (12) on the rim (14);

    before the tire is vulcanized, embedding the thermocouple into a tire expected measuring point in tire rubber, and preparing a finished product of the test tire through a vulcanization process;

    a pair of thermocouple electrodes (3,

         4) of the thermocouple are wound and connected to form a thermocouple measuring end (5) and are embedded into a tire expected measuring point, the other ends of the pair of electrodes of the thermocouple extend to lead out the tire as a temperature detection signal leading-out end (6), and the temperature detection signal leading-out end (6) is connected to a thermocouple signal receiving circuit of the integrated electronic component (12).
