1. A composite substrate, comprising:

  • a substrate, a carbon nanotube layer, and a photo-aligned substrate;

    the carbon nanotube layer is bonded on the surface of the substrate through a photo-alignment substrate;

    wherein the carbon nanotube layer is laid on the surface of the substrate, the surface of the substrate is coated with the photo-alignment substrate coating, and the carbon nanotube layer is partially immersed in the coating;

    the carbon nanotube layer comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes extending along the same direction;

    the optical alignment substrate has optical alignment characteristics, has a set optical alignment orientation direction under the irradiation of ultraviolet light after being pre-baked so as to improve the alignment capability of the carbon nanotube layer, and is heated and cured after being optically aligned;

    the included angle between the photoalignment orientation direction of the photoalignment base material and the extending direction of the carbon nano tube is equal to 0 degree.
