1. A cooperative compensation service method for solving cell service interruption, wherein when a service of a cell is interrupted, a service system of a cell which is not interrupted in a neighboring cell of the cell which is interrupted in service is utilized to perform cooperative compensation service on a user in the cell which is interrupted in service, the method comprising the following steps:

  • counting the channel service state of each cell in real time, wherein the channel service state comprises the average throughput rate of users of each cell and/or the channel quality of the users of each cell and all channels between each cell;

    when the service of the cell is interrupted, performing cooperative distribution on the channel of the service system of the cell without the interrupted service based on the channel service state to obtain a channel distribution result;

    in the process of performing the cooperative distribution, performing the cooperative distribution based on a alliance game method, wherein the cell without the service interruption is used as a participant of the alliance game;

    during the cooperative allocation, taking the weighted rate sum of all users in the interrupted service cell and the uninterrupted service cell after the channel allocation is completed as a scale for measuring the channel allocation result;

    the alliance game method comprises the following steps;

    for any of the channels n, the channel is,firstly, initializing a federation structure into an arbitrary structure;

    secondly, repeatedly and iteratively executing the merging of any union set subset in the union structure and the splitting operation process of any union set element according to any sequence to obtain a new union structure so as to obtain a corresponding new weighted rate sum of all users, wherein if the merging or splitting operation can obtain a larger weighted rate sum of all users, the merging or splitting operation is executed until the union structure is not changed any more;

    finally, determining the distribution result of each cell to the channel n according to the final alliance structure;

    and performing channel allocation to realize the cooperative compensation service based on the channel allocation result, wherein the channel allocation is to allocate the channel of the service system of the uninterrupted service cell to each user in the interrupted service cell and the uninterrupted service cell.
