1. A method for processing vegetable protein raw materials is characterized in that:

  • the vegetable protein raw material is processed by using a vegetable protein raw material processing device, wherein the vegetable protein raw material processing device comprises a preposed tank (1), a solid-phase material quantitative feeder (2), a pulping machine (3) and a pulping flow controller (4);

    an outlet at the bottom of the preposed tank (1) is connected with an inlet of the solid-phase material quantitative feeder (2), an outlet of the solid-phase material quantitative feeder (2) is connected with an inlet of the pulping machine (3), and an outlet of the pulping machine (3) is connected with a pulping flow controller (4);

    the processing steps of the vegetable protein raw material are as follows;

    (a) the plant protein raw material from the previous working procedure, namely solid-phase material, and the extracting solution from the auxiliary working section, namely liquid-phase medium are conveyed into a preposed tank (1), and the material level of the solid-phase material is kept to be always lower than the liquid level of the liquid-phase medium by a material level controller and a liquid level controller, so that the liquid seal of a pulping machine (3) is realized;

    the pulping is carried out under the condition that the internal space of the pulping machine (3) is filled with the liquid-phase medium all the time, so that the air is prevented from being sucked into a pulping area;

    (b) starting a pulping machine (3), starting a solid-phase material quantitative feeder (2) after the rotating speed is stable to control the solid-phase material to be conveyed, so that the material continuously passes through the pulping machine (3);

    (c) setting an operating parameter of a mill paste flow controller (4), starting the mill paste flow controller (4), controlling the flow of mill paste by the mill paste flow controller (4), and controlling the flow of mill paste by the mill paste flow controller (4) by applying a back pressure to the mill paste at the outlet of the refiner, thereby counteracting the kinetic energy of the mill paste, namely;

    the flow resistance of the discharge pipe is increased, so that kinetic energy is converted into heat to be dissipated to the environment, and the flow of a frosted outlet is controlled;

    in the pulping process, liquid-phase medium is filled in the inner spaces of a grinding chamber (3-1) of the pulping machine (3) and the solid-phase material quantitative feeder (2) all the time;

    during the refining process, the pressure in the refining chamber (3-1) near the outlet of the refiner (3) is higher than the ambient pressure, i.e. the reading of the pressure gauge or pressure sensor (5) is greater than zero.
