A lens includes a central portion and a peripheral portion,the central portion has a first optical surface and a second optical surface opposite the first optical surface,the peripheral part takes a symmetry axis of the central part as a center, surrounds the central part, and is provided with an inner refraction wall and an outer refraction wall opposite to the inner refraction wall, the inner refraction wall is connected with the first optical surface to form a recess for arranging a light emitting diode, the outer refraction wall comprises a first outer surface and a second outer surface, the first outer surface is connected with the second optical surface, the second outer surface is connected with the first outer surface, the peripheral part is also provided with a bottom surface, the bottom surface is connected with the second outer surface and the inner refraction wall, an included angle of a normal vector of the first outer surface and the bottom surface is theta 2, an included angle of a normal vector of the second outer surface and the bottom surface is theta 3, the included angle theta 2 is not equal to the included angle theta 3, and the included angle theta 2 is less than or equal to 45 degrees and is greater than 0 degree, the included angle theta 3 is less than or equal to 45 degrees and greater than 0 degree,wherein centered about the axis of symmetry, the inner refractive wall has a first radius R1 from the axis of symmetry where it connects the first optical surfaces, a second radius R2 from the axis of symmetry where the first outer surface connects the second optical surfaces, a third radius R3 from the axis of symmetry where the second radius R3 is greater than the second radius R2 and the second radius R2 is greater than or equal to the first radius R1,the first outer surface enables light rays emitted by the light emitting diode to irradiate an area far away from the lens, and the second outer surface enables light rays emitted by the light emitting diode to irradiate an area near to the lens.
