    A part for the active carbon fallen by chemical substance desorption is taken out, the active carbon of taking-up is made to move down formation mobile layer by gravity, in this mobile layer, make active carbon and steam be heated to 600 ~ 900 DEG C of counter current contact, there is water-based gas reaction, thus make the regenerating active carbon operation of regenerating active carbon;

    By the refrigerating work procedure of the active carbon cooling after regeneration;

    And, cooled active carbon is discharged the active carbon being again supplied to above-mentioned absorption process and discharge operation;
