1. A method for carrying out electrolytic treatment on livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing antibiotics and heavy metal ions after pretreatment comprises biochemical treatment and/or physicochemical treatment;

  • the biochemical treatment comprises at least one of anaerobic treatment, aerobic treatment and anaerobic-aerobic combined treatment;

    the physicochemical treatment comprises at least one of crystallization, aeration, static sedimentation, filtration and centrifugation, and the method comprises the following steps;

    Adjusting the pH value of the pretreated wastewater to 6-9 to obtain the pretreated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing antibiotics and heavy metal ions;

    Feeding the pretreated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing antibiotics and heavy metal ions into a hollow electrode tube for electrolytic treatment, wherein the tube wall of the hollow electrode tube consists of one tube wall anode and two tube wall cathodes which are axially parallel and used alternately, the one tube wall anode and the two tube wall cathodes are isolated by an ion exchange membrane for electrolytic treatment, so that the antibiotics in the pretreated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing the antibiotics and the heavy metal ions are subjected to oxidation reaction and converted into degraded substances without antibiotic activity, and the heavy metal ions are subjected to reduction reaction and converted into precipitated substances, wherein the heavy metal ions are at least one selected from Cu 2+, Zn 2+, Cd 2+, Cr 6+ and Mn 2+;

    The current density in the electrolytic treatment is 5-40mA/cm 2, the flow rate of the pretreated livestock and poultry breeding wastewater containing antibiotics and heavy metal ions is 0.5-1m/s, and the retention time is 5-20 minutes;

    The electrolytic treatment comprises;

    electrifying the anode and one of the cathodes to enable the antibiotic to generate oxidation reaction and the heavy metal ions to generate reduction reaction to be converted into a precipitate;

    when an alternating cycle is completed, de-energizing one of the cathodes to cause the deposited material coated thereon to fall off, and energizing an optional other cathode of the plurality of cathodes with the anode;

    the above processes are alternately repeated;

    the alternating period is 0.5-10 s.
