1. The oil phase dispersed polyglutamic acid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:

  • 0.1 to 10 percent of polyglutamic acid,1 to 30 percent of dispersant,10 to 50 percent of stabilizing agent,10% -80% of oily matrix;

    wherein the stabilizer is any one or a mixture of more than two of glyceryl caprylate, glyceryl behenate, eicosanoate compounds, polydimethylsiloxane, butyl methoxy dibenzoylmethane, triethoxysilane, cyclomethicone, triethoxyoctylsilane and stearic acid in any proportion;

    wherein, the molecular weight of the polyglutamic acid is in the range of 800Da to 2,000,000 Da;

    the dispersing agent is any one or a mixture of more than two of caprylic glyceride, capric glyceride, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, polyglycerol-3 diisostearate, honey, pentaerythritol tetra (di-tert-butyl hydroxy hydrocinnamate), pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, isopropyl myristate, ethylhexyl palmitate, behenyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polymethyl methacrylate and isopropyl isostearate in any proportion;

    the oily substrate is one or a mixture of more than two of olive oil, jojoba oil, chinaroot greens seed oil, castor bean oil, white oil, silicone oil, tea tree oil, essential oil, coconut oil, babassu oil, avocado oil, almond oil, aloe oil, horse oil, meadowfoam seed oil, macadamia nut oil, oat oil, palm seed oil, safflower oil, sandalwood oil, sesame oil, almond oil, wheat germ oil and cranberry oil in any proportion.
