1. A preparation process of a nano porous silicon electrode material comprises the following steps:

  • (a) washing 20-30 parts by weight of rice hulls with water, and drying at 100-105 ℃

    to obtain dried rice hulls;

    (b) putting the dried rice hulls into a container, adding 400-500 parts by weight of mixed acid solution, then putting the container into an ultrasonic cleaner, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 30-45 minutes at the power of 250W and the frequency of 25kHz, filtering, washing the rice hulls with water to be neutral, and then drying at the temperature of 100-105 ℃

    to obtain acid-treated rice hulls, wherein the mixed acid solution contains 4-5% of citric acid and 5-6% of tartaric acid according to weight percentage;

    (c) adding the acid-treated rice hulls into a tubular furnace, introducing mixed gas at the flow rate of 20-25 ml per minute, heating at the rate of 5 ℃

    per minute, heating to 550 ℃

    , and reacting at constant temperature for 2 hours to obtain nano silicon dioxide, wherein the mixed gas consists of oxygen and nitrogen in a volume ratio of 9;


    (d) uniformly mixing nano silicon dioxide and magnesium powder with equal weight, sealing the mixture in an iron reaction kettle, heating the mixture to 600 ℃

    at the rate of 5 ℃

    per minute, reacting the mixture for 2 hours at constant temperature, cooling the mixture to room temperature, treating the mixture with hydrochloric acid to remove magnesium oxide, treating the mixture with hydrofluoric acid to remove unreacted nano silicon dioxide, washing the mixture to be neutral, and drying the mixture in vacuum to obtain the nano porous silicon electrode material.
