1. A heating pipe and tube communicating heat exchanger, comprising:

  • a plurality of circular tube heating pipes (1), end plugging plates (11), cold water heat exchange pipes (3), U-shaped plates (23), U-shaped cover plates (24) and pipe joint parts are welded and combined;

    the heat exchanger part is provided with a pipe joint welding port (9) which is convenient for installing and welding the pipe joint;

    a heating air inlet pipe joint III (7), a heating air outlet pipe joint IV (8), a cold water inlet pipe joint I (5) and a cold water outlet pipe joint II (6) are respectively connected and communicated with a pipe joint welding port (9) in a welding way;

    the method is characterized in that;

    at least one cold water heat exchange pipe (3) is arranged in the pipe cavity of the circular pipe heating pipe (1), the cold water heat exchange pipe (3) is held into a multi-circle bent pipe and integrally inserted into the pipe cavities of the plurality of circular pipe heating pipes (1) at one time, and the pipe cavities of the plurality of circular pipe heating pipes are integrally communicated with each other in a crossing manner from the cavity of the small notch (21) in each circular pipe heating pipe cavity;

    the welding process of the cold water heat exchange tube (3) is reduced, and welding materials are saved;

    or one end opening heat exchange tube expansion opening (18) of the cold water heat exchange tube (3) is in butt joint with a non-expansion opening bent tube opening of the cold water heat exchange tube (3) inserted into the tube cavity of the adjacent round tube heating tube (1), and bent tube butt joints (4) are sequentially crossed over the small notch (21) and are respectively welded and communicated to form a cold fluid flow channel;

    a pipe orifice at one end of each circular pipe heating pipe (1) is provided with a small notch (21), the same end of each adjacent circular pipe heating pipe is provided with a small notch (21), and the pipe cavities of a plurality of circular pipe heating pipes (1) are mutually communicated;

    the small notch (21) of the round pipe heating pipe (1) is connected and communicated with the adjacent round pipe heating pipe through a U-shaped plate (23) and a U-shaped cover plate (24) in a welding way;

    an end plug plate (11) is arranged in the pipe orifice of the round pipe heating pipe (1), and the end plug plate (11) is an arc-shaped plate and is turned over with edges;

    the arc-shaped end plugging plates (11) are hermetically welded and plugged with the pipe walls of the plurality of circular pipe heating pipes (1);

    the inlet and outlet ends of the cold water heat exchange tube (3) are respectively welded and communicated with a cold water inlet tube joint I (5) and a cold water outlet tube joint II (6) and then are welded and fixedly connected with the wall of a tube joint welding port (9);

    a central heating inlet pipe joint III (7) and a central heating outlet pipe joint IV (8) are respectively connected with the pipe wall of an upper pipe joint welding port (9) of a plurality of circular pipe heating pipes (1) in a sealing and welding way and communicated with the pipe cavity for circulation;

    form a round heating pipe communicated heat exchanger.
