The utility model provides a structure of loosing core to one side of master model, its shaping has inclined plane and inclined hole that is inclination with vertical direction in being applied to the mould, the mould has core plate, cavity plate, core insert and cavity insert, its characterized in that, the structure of loosing core to one side of master model includes:

  • the sliding block comprises a first sliding block body, a second sliding block body and a third sliding block body, wherein the first sliding block body is provided with an inclined hole which forms an inclined angle with the vertical direction;

    one side of the second sliding block body is connected with the first sliding block body, and the other side of the second sliding block body is in contact with the male die core;

    the sliding block insert is arranged in the female die core, the sliding block insert is arranged on the other side of the first sliding block body in a sliding mode, one end of the sliding block insert is used for forming an inclined surface and an inclined hole of a product, and an elastic element is arranged between the sliding block insert and the second sliding block body;

    one end of the shifting block is fixed in the female die plate, and the other end of the shifting block is arranged in the inclined hole of the first sliding block body;

    one end of the sliding block is fixed in the female die plate, one side of the sliding block is provided with a second vertical surface and a second inclined surface which forms an inclined angle with the vertical direction, the second vertical surface is correspondingly contacted with the first vertical surface, and the second inclined surface is correspondingly contacted with the first inclined surface;

    after the mold is opened, the second vertical surface on the slide block restraint block limits the first slide block body to move, the female mold core moves upwards, the slide block insert is not pressed by the female mold core any more, and the slide block insert slides along the first slide block body under the elastic action of an elastic element, so that the inclined surface and the inclined hole on the product are withdrawn after inclined core-pulling and demolding; and

    continuously opening the die, and when the first vertical surface of the first slider body is separated from the second vertical surface of the slider restraint block, the first slider body horizontally and backwards exits under the stirring action of the shifting block, and meanwhile, the second slider body and the slider insert exit together with the first slider body.
