1. A forklift mechanical transmission, comprising:

  • the gear shifting mechanism comprises a transmission case (10), a gear shifting rod (20) arranged at the upper end of the transmission case, and an input shaft (30), a gear shifting shaft (40), a forward shaft (50), a reverse shaft (60) and an output shaft (70) which are sequentially arranged in the transmission case from top to bottom;

    an input gear (31) is arranged on the input shaft (30), and an output driven gear (71) is arranged on the output shaft (70);

    the gear shifting shaft (40) is provided with a gear shifting input idler gear (41), an output driving gear (42), a first forward gear (43), a second forward gear (44), a third forward gear (45), a first reverse gear (46) and a second reverse gear (47);

    a forward constant mesh gear (51), a first forward driving gear (52), a second forward driving gear (53) and a third forward driving gear (54) are arranged on the forward shaft (50);

    the reverse gear shaft (60) is provided with a reverse gear constant mesh gear (61), a reverse gear output idler gear (62), a first reverse gear driving gear (63) and a second reverse gear driving gear (64);

    the input gear (31) is meshed with the gear-shifting input idler gear (41), the gear-shifting input idler gear (41) is meshed with the forward constant meshed gear (51), the forward constant meshed gear (51) is meshed with the reverse constant meshed gear (61), the output driving gear (42) is meshed with the reverse output idler gear (62), and the reverse output idler gear (62) is meshed with the output driven gear (71);

    the first forward driving gear (52) and the first forward gear (43), the second forward driving gear (53) and the second forward gear (44), and the third forward driving gear (54) and the third forward gear (45) are respectively kept in constant meshing;

    the first reverse driving gear (63) is constantly meshed with the first reverse gear (46), and the second reverse driving gear (64) is constantly meshed with the second reverse gear (47).
