The water-based radiation curing coating decorative plate is characterized by comprising an artificial stone plate, a first layer of adhesion primer, a white base coat, a second layer of adhesion primer, a colored paint and a finish paint which are sequentially coated on the surface of the artificial stone plate;

  • the coating thickness of the first layer of the adhesive primer is 12 micrometers, the coating thickness of the white base coat is 50 micrometers, the coating thickness of the second layer of the adhesive primer is 1 micrometer, the coating thickness of the colored paint is 45 micrometers, and the coating thickness of the finish paint is 100 micrometers;

    the first layer of adhesive primer, the white base coat, the second layer of adhesive primer, the colored paint and the finish paint comprise water-based radiation curing coating;

    the water-based radiation curing coating contained in the first layer of attaching primer and the second layer of attaching primer comprises the following components in percentage by weight;

    9 wt% of water-soluble epoxy acrylate, 10 wt% of HMEA, 10 wt% of PEG (200) DMA, 10 wt% of water-soluble polyurethane acrylate, 8 wt% of water-soluble modified acrylate, 2 wt% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 5 wt% of 2.4.6 (trimethylbenzoyl) diphenylphosphine oxide, 1 wt% of bis (2.4.6-trimethylbenzoyl) -phenylphosphine oxide, 3 wt% of EFKA40101wt, 3 wt% of adhesion promoter and 41 wt% of purified water;

    the white base coat comprises the following components in percentage by weight;

    25 wt% of water-soluble epoxy acrylate, 5 wt% of oil-in-water polyurethane acrylate, 10 wt% of water-soluble polyester acrylate, 5EO4A 5 wt% of PET, 15 wt% of PEG (600) DMA, 23 wt% of titanium dioxide, 2 wt% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2 wt% of 2.4.6 (trimethylbenzoyl) diphenyl phosphine oxide, 1 wt% of bis (2.4.6-trimethylbenzoyl) -phenyl phosphine oxide, 8 wt% of adhesion promoter, 4501 wt% of TEGO4501, BYK 0281 wt%, 1 wt% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether and 1 wt% of purified water;

    the water-based radiation curing coating contained in the colored paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight;

    25 wt% of water-soluble epoxy acrylate, 5 wt% of oil-in-water polyurethane acrylate, 10 wt% of water-soluble polyester acrylate, 5EO4A 5 wt% of PET, 15 wt% of PEG (600) DMA, 22 wt% of titanium dioxide, 1 wt% of carbon black, 2 wt% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2 wt% of 2.4.6 (trimethylbenzoyl) diphenylphosphine oxide, 1 wt% of bis (2.4.6-trimethylbenzoyl) -phenylphosphine oxide, 8 wt% of adhesion promoter, TEGO4501 wt%, BYK 0281 wt%, 1 wt% of propylene glycol monomethyl ether and 1 wt% of purified water;

    the water-based radiation curing coating contained in the finish paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight;

    1 wt% of silicon-fluorine modified water-soluble acrylate, 25 wt% of fluorine modified water-soluble acrylate copolymer, 25 wt% of PEG (600) DMA15 wt%, PHEA10 wt%, 1 wt% of 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl ketone, 2 wt% of 2.4.6 (trimethylbenzoyl) diphenyl phosphine oxide, 5 wt% of matting powder, BYK1900.3wt%, TEGO4500.2wt%, BYK3480.5wt% and 40 wt% of ethanol.
