1. a self discharge circuit, in order to discharge the electric charge of an outside energy storage device, this outside energy storage device couples a power transmission line, and this power transmission line is coupled between a power supply device and a load, and this self discharge circuit includes:

  • One flow-restriction, is coupled between this power transmission line and a primary nodal point;

    One internal power storage unit, is coupled between this primary nodal point and a ground nodes, and wherein this ground nodes receives an earth level;

    One voltage detection unit, detects the level of this primary nodal point;

    AndOne discharge cell, is coupled between this power transmission line and a secondary nodal point, and wherein when the level of this primary nodal point is less than a predetermined level, this voltage detection unit makes this secondary nodal point couple this ground nodes.
