1. A self-discharge circuit coupled to a power transmission line for automatically discharging charges of an external energy storage device connected to the power transmission line, the power transmission line coupled between a power supply device and a load, the self-discharge circuit comprising:

  • a current limiting unit coupled between the power transmission line and a first node for limiting a current flowing direction;

    an internal energy storage unit coupled between the first node and a ground node, wherein the ground node receives a ground level;

    a voltage detection unit for detecting the level of the first node; and

    a discharge unit coupled between the power transmission line and a second node,when the level of the first node is higher than a predetermined level, the current limiting unit is turned on to charge the internal energy storage unit,when the level of the first node is lower than the preset level, the internal energy storage unit supplies power to the voltage detection unit so that the voltage detection unit continuously enables the second node to be coupled with the grounding node,when the second node is coupled to the ground node, the external energy storage device is discharged to 0V through the discharge unit.
