1. A synthetic method of an indole spiro pyrrole derivative is characterized by comprising the following specific operation steps:

  • dissolving 0.1-0.3g acetylpyridine in 10mL ethanol, adding 0.1-0.5mL piperidine and 0.2-0.4g o-chlorobenzaldehyde under stirring, and continuously stirring for reaction for 2 hours at room temperature;

    then sequentially adding 0.2-0.4g of indole-2, 3-dione and 0.1-0.3g of proline, stirring and mixing uniformly, and then putting into an oil bath for reaction at 60 ℃

    for 3 hours;

    cooling and standing after complete reaction, carrying out suction filtration on reactants, and leaching with ethanol to obtain a crude product;

    recrystallizing the crude product by using 95% ethanol;
