1. An electronic device is characterized by comprising a first component and a second component, wherein the first component is provided with a first mark, and the second component is provided with a second mark, so that whether the first mark and the second mark are overlapped and aligned is judged by observing images of the first mark and the second mark;

  • the first mark at least comprises a first part, a second part and a fifth part, and the first part, the second part and the fifth part are in a continuous T-shaped structure;

    the second mark at least comprises a third part, a fourth part and a sixth part, wherein the third part, the fourth part and the sixth part are in discontinuous T-shaped structures, so that steps of non-overlapping areas are exposed through a middle hollow area of the discontinuous T-shaped structures;

    the third part is used for performing overlapping alignment with the first part, the fourth part is used for performing overlapping alignment with the second part, and the sixth part is used for performing overlapping alignment with the fifth part to realize alignment of the first component and the second component, so that the circuit on the first component is correspondingly connected with the circuit on the second component;

    wherein the width of the third portion is equal to the width of the first portion, the length of the third portion is less than the length of the first portion, and the width of the fourth portion is equal to the width of the second portion, the length of the fourth portion is less than the length of the second portion, the width of the sixth portion is equal to the width of the fifth portion, and the length of the sixth portion is less than the length of the fifth portion;

    when the first mark and the second mark are aligned, the third part overlaps with the middle area of the first part, the fourth part overlaps with the middle area of the second part, and the sixth part overlaps with the middle area of the fifth part, namely, the third part does not overlap with both short sides of the first part in the length direction, the fourth part does not overlap with both short sides of the second part in the length direction, and the sixth part does not overlap with both short sides of the fifth part in the length direction;

    after the first mark and the second mark are offset, a non-overlapping area of the third part and the first part has a step, a non-overlapping area of the fourth part and the second part has a step, and a non-overlapping area of the sixth part and the fifth part has a step, so that whether the first mark and the second mark are overlapped and aligned is judged through the steps.
