1. A wind power generator having a vertical rotation shaft for transmitting a rotational force to a motor for wind power generation, a plurality of support arms provided at equal intervals radially from the vertical rotation shaft, and wind receiving paddles connected to distal ends of the support arms,wherein the number of the wind receiving paddles is three, and the wind receiving paddles are provided with a concave panel part which is formed by concavely bending the outer surface side in a plane view, and a front edge airflow storage part which is formed by protruding the front edge part to the outer surface side along the rotation direction of the concave panel part and bending the front edge part to the rear edge part side,the length from the connecting portion of the wind receiving paddle and the support arm to the rear edge portion is formed longer than the support arm, and is formed to have the following length:

  • when the wind receiving paddle receives wind from the concave panel portion side, the wind receiving paddle on the upstream side in the rotation direction adjacent to the wind receiving paddle can be shielded from the wind, and when the wind is received from the middle side of two adjacent wind receiving paddles, a pressure difference, that is, a lift force toward the inside is generated between the outside and the inside of the wind receiving paddle on the upstream side in the rotation direction among the two wind receiving paddles to assist the rotation force,the concave panel portion is provided with a solar power generation element on both the inner surface and the outer surface or on either one of the inner surface and the outer surface,has an energizing mechanism for energizing an electrode of the solar photovoltaic element to an electrode provided on a shaft support base supporting the vertical rotation shaft,the energizing mechanism includes;

    an element-side positive gear fixed to the vertical rotation shaft and electrically connectable to a positive electrode of the solar power generation element;

    an element-side negative electrode gear fixed to the vertical rotation shaft and electrically connectable to a negative electrode of the solar power generation element;

    a shaft support table-side positive gear rotatably fixed to the shaft support table, meshing with the element-side positive gear, and electrically connectable to a positive electrode of the shaft support table; and

    the number of the first and second groups,and a shaft support base-side negative electrode gear rotatably fixed to the shaft support base, and meshed with the element-side negative electrode gear and electrically connectable to a negative electrode of the shaft support base.
