1. A particulate filtration apparatus comprising:

  • the filter membrane is used for filtering the sample to separate particles;

    a first body connected to the inflow side of the filter membrane for supplying a sample to the inflow side of the filter membrane; and

    a second body connected to an outflow surface of the filtering membrane for receiving a permeate separated by the filtering membrane particles,wherein a permeate is pre-received between the second body and the outflow face of the filter membrane;

    an inflow side space formed at a position corresponding to an inflow surface of the filter membrane, into which a sample flows;

    an injection port for injecting a sample;

    a guide portion connecting the injection port and the inflow-side space for conveying a sample;

    wherein the guide portion further includes a sample space formed between the first and second bodies and communicating with the injection port, the sample injected from the injection port being accommodated in the sample space;

    wherein the second body includes an outflow-side space formed at a position corresponding to an outflow surface of the filter membrane, the outflow-side space containing a permeate;

    wherein the filter membrane is formed from a biologically inert material;

    wherein the sample is a biological sample containing rare cell particles, and the permeate is a solution in the same state as a solution after separating the rare cell particles from the biological sample by filtration through the filtration membrane;

    wherein the first body and the second body are formed in a disk-shaped structure rotatable about a center,wherein the injection port, the guide portion, and the inflow-side space are sequentially arranged from the center in a radial direction of the disc-shaped structure, anWherein the outflow-side space is provided below the inflow-side space through the filter membrane in a direction perpendicular to the radial direction.
