1. A scrubber for scrubbing exhaust gas discharged from an engine and returned to the engine, comprising:

  • a spray nozzle for spraying a cleaning solution to the exhaust gas,A water storage part for collecting and storing the washing liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle and discharging a part of the stored washing liquid to the outside,A circulation pipe for supplying the cleaning liquid stored in the water storage part to the spray nozzle,A neutralizer charging device for charging neutralizer into the flow path of the circulation pipe,A control device for determining the charging amount of the neutralizing agent charged from the neutralizing agent charging device,A neutralizer-charging unit for introducing the neutralizer charged from the neutralizer-charging device provided in the circulation pipe into the circulation pipe,A stored water pH sensor for measuring the pH value of the washing liquid stored in the stored water part, anda spray pH sensor provided in a portion of the circulation pipe downstream of the neutralizer feeding unit, the spray pH sensor measuring a pH of the washing liquid sprayed from the spray nozzle instead of measuring a pH of the washing liquid accumulated in the water storage unit;

    the control device is formed into the following structure;

    calculating an amount of a basic neutralizing agent to be charged as an amount of the neutralizing agent to be charged predicted to be necessary for maintaining desulfurization performance based on a sulfur content of a fuel used in the engine and a flow rate of an exhaust gas passing through the scrubber, calculating an injection-side correction value based on a deviation between a pH value of a washing liquid injected from the injection nozzle obtained by the injection pH sensor and a predetermined target injection pH value, calculating a water storage-side correction value based on a deviation between a pH value of a washing liquid accumulated in the water storage unit obtained by the water storage pH sensor and a predetermined target water storage pH value, adding a larger one of the injection-side correction value and the water storage-side correction value to the amount of the basic neutralizing agent to be charged from the neutralizing agent charging device, and determining the larger one as the amount of the neutralizing agent to be charged from the neutralizing agent charging device,the larger one of the amount of neutralizing agent to be added for maintaining desulfurization performance based on the deviation between the pH value of the washing liquid injected from the injection nozzle and the predetermined target injection pH value and the amount of neutralizing agent to be added for discharging the predetermined amount of neutralizing agent to be added based on the deviation between the pH value of the washing liquid stored in the water storage unit and the predetermined target water storage pH value is determined as the amount of neutralizing agent to be added from the neutralizing agent adding device.
