1. An axial flow fan comprising:

  • a hub portion rotationally driven by a motor;

    a plurality of rotary blades extending radially from the periphery of the hub and blowing air in the direction of the rotation axis; and

    a bell mouth for receiving the rotary blade,it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,the bell mouth is provided with a suction round corner part with a curved surface expanding towards the radial direction of the bell mouth on a suction side, is provided with a discharge round corner part with a curved surface expanding towards the radial direction of the bell mouth on a discharge side, and the suction round corner part and the discharge round corner part have approximately the same radius,the rotary blade is inclined in a downstream direction of an air flow as a whole toward an outer peripheral portion of the rotary blade, the outer peripheral portion is entirely located on a downstream side of the air flow with respect to the suction fillet, a tip portion of the outer peripheral portion is located on a downstream side of the suction fillet by 4mm to 10mm in a direction of the air flow, a rear edge portion of the outer peripheral side of the rotary blade protrudes toward the discharge fillet, and the outer peripheral portion of the rotary blade is curved toward the suction side,when a radius between a blade chord center point of a blade outer peripheral portion and the rotary shaft is Rt, a radius between a blade chord center point between a bending point of the rotary blade and the blade outer peripheral portion and the rotary shaft is R, an inclination angle of a line connecting the bending point and the blade chord center point of the outer periphery of the hub to the downstream side is δ
