1. The medium-temperature aluminum alloy brazing filler metal is formed by mixing nano aluminum alloy powder and rare earth alloy powder, and is characterized in that:

  • 65-99.99% of nano aluminum alloy powder and 1-0.01% of rare earth alloy powder;

    the rare earth alloy powder is prepared by carrying out wet grinding on metal strontium and metal lanthanum, then carrying out vacuum drying and screening, wherein the ratio of the metal strontium to the metal lanthanum is 62;

    the aluminum alloy powder comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight;

    57-90% of aluminum;

    6-8% of silicon;

    7-10% of nickel;

    8-12% of copper.
