1. A micro-carding method for preparing a high-orientation carbon nanotube film or fiber is characterized by comprising the following steps:

  • providing a carbon nanotube array, and pulling out a single-layer carbon nanotube film from the carbon nanotube array;

    carrying out micro-combing treatment on the single-layer carbon nanotube film by using micro-combs with more than one row of micron-sized micro-teeth distributed on the surface, wherein the size of each micro-tooth is 0.5-5 mu m, the height of each micro-tooth is 1-10 mu m, and the distance between every two adjacent micro-teeth in the direction perpendicular to the advancing route of the single-layer carbon nanotube film is 1-10 mu m, so that more than 80% of carbon nanotubes in the single-layer carbon nanotube film are consistent in orientation;

    and collecting the single-layer carbon nanotube film subjected to the micro-carding treatment by using a collecting shaft, and forming a high-orientation carbon nanotube film or carbon nanotube fibers, wherein the thickness of the high-orientation carbon nanotube film is more than 0.1 μ

    m, the tensile strength of the high-orientation carbon nanotube film is more than 2.5GPa, and the tensile strength of the high-orientation carbon nanotube fibers is more than 2 GPa.
