1. A leveling device is characterized by comprising an electrical control device, a power device and an adjusting device for leveling mechanical equipment to be leveled;

  • the leveling equipment further comprises a fixing device, the fixing device comprises a fixing plate and a supporting column, the fixing plate is fixedly connected with the supporting column, and the adjusting device is arranged on the fixing plate of the fixing device;

    the electrical control device comprises an inclination angle sensor which is arranged on a reference surface of the mechanical equipment to be leveled and is used for sensing the inclination angle of the reference surface, and a control system for controlling the adjusting device and the power device, wherein the control system is respectively electrically connected with the inclination angle sensor and the power device;

    the adjusting device comprises a fixed column and a hydraulic cylinder, the fixed end of the fixed column is fixed with the fixed plate, the fixed end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixed with the fixed plate, and the free end of the fixed column and the movable end of the hydraulic cylinder are respectively movably connected with the base of the mechanical equipment to be leveled;

    when the inclination angle detected by the inclination angle sensor is larger than a preset inclination angle, the control system controls the adjusting device to level the mechanical equipment to be leveled through the power device;

    the power device comprises a main pump, a reversing valve, an electromagnetic valve and a pressure pump;

    the hydraulic cylinder comprises a rodless cavity and a rod cavity, the main pump is communicated with the rod cavity through the reversing valve, and the pressure pump is communicated with the rodless cavity through the electromagnetic valve;

    the power plant further comprises;

    the control system is electrically connected with the pressure sensor, the main pump and the pressure pump respectively, stores the pressure when the inclination angle detected by the inclination angle sensor is smaller than the preset inclination angle, and controls the working state of the main pump or the pressure pump according to the stored pressure and the pressure detected by the pressure sensor in real time;

    the free end of the fixed column and the movable end of the hydraulic cylinder are respectively connected with the base through a spherical hinge.
