An electrically-driven braking energy recovery mining vehicle is characterized by comprising a vehicle control system, a driver input system, an electric driving and energy recovery control system, a battery management system and a braking system, wherein the vehicle control system is arranged on the vehicle, the electric driving and energy recovery control system is used for driving the vehicle and recovering energy when the vehicle is braked, the battery management system is used for charging and discharging the vehicle and the braking system is used for braking the vehicle, the vehicle control system is respectively connected with the driver input system, the electric driving and energy recovery control system, the battery management system and the braking system through data buses, the battery management system is connected with the electric driving and energy recovery control system through power lines and provides electric power for the electric driving and energy recovery control system, the electric driving and energy recovery control system is connected with the battery management system through energy recovery power lines and charges the battery management system, the braking system is connected with the electric drive and energy recovery control system through a data line and controls the electric drive and energy recovery control system to charge the battery management system when the vehicle is braked;

  • the battery management system comprises a battery management unit, a battery pack and an external charging unit, the battery management unit and the battery pack are mutually connected through a data line and a power line, and the whole vehicle control system is connected with the battery management unit through a data line;

    the electric drive and energy recovery control system comprises a motor management unit, a rear wheel of a drive vehicle and a mechanical transmission device for energy recovery, the whole vehicle control system is connected with the motor management unit through a data line, the mechanical transmission device comprises a driving motor arranged in the middle of the vehicle, an energy recovery generator, a speed changer, a drive axle arranged between the rear wheels and wheel reducers arranged on the two rear wheels, the driving motor is connected with and drives the energy recovery generator, the energy recovery generator is connected with the speed changer, the transmission is connected with the drive axle through a transmission shaft, the motor management unit is connected with the drive motor through a data line, the battery pack is connected with the driving motor through a power line and an inverter and provides electric power for the driving motor, the driving motor and the energy recovery generator are connected with the battery management unit through the energy recovery power line;

    the brake system comprises a brake control unit and wheel brakes arranged on the front wheels and the rear wheels, the whole vehicle control system is connected with the brake control unit through a data line, and the brake control unit is respectively connected with the wheel brakes and the energy recovery generator through data lines and controls the wheel brakes to work or the energy recovery generator to work and generate electricity;

    the vehicle has three working modes during braking energy recovery;

    in the first mode, a driver lightly steps on a brake pedal, a whole vehicle control system controls a driving motor to be converted into a generator through a motor management unit, and generated current charges a battery pack through an energy recovery power line and a battery management unit;

    in the second mode, the driver further steps on the brake pedal, except for the power generation of the driving motor in the first mode, the whole vehicle control system controls the energy recovery generator to work and generate power through the brake control unit, and the generated current charges the battery pack through the energy recovery power line and the battery management unit; and

    in the third mode, a driver treads a brake pedal to the bottom, and except for the operation and the power generation of the driving motor in the first mode and the energy recovery generator in the second mode, the whole vehicle control system controls the wheel brake to operate through the brake control unit, so that the electrically-driven brake energy recovery mining vehicle stops.
