1. A system for implanting a heart valve, comprising:

  • a radially self-expanding tubular body having an inflow end and an outflow end, a breakout portion, and a preformed groove disposed at an outer surface of the tubular body between the breakout portion and the outflow end, the preformed groove extending at least partially around the tubular body and having a circumferential opening facing radially outward from the tubular body; and

    a valve disposed within and attached to said tubular body, whereinThe decoupling portion is configured such that axial and radial movement is decoupled between the inflow end and the outflow end of the tubular body,the system further comprises a fabric at least partially surrounding the outer circumference of the tubular body, the fabric having a first end attached to the inflow end of the tubular body and a second end attached to the tubular body near the outflow end of the tubular body,the system also includes a plurality of protrusions extending from the tubular body toward an inflow end of the tubular body, wherein the fabric is configured to form pockets between the tubular body and the protrusions.
